DataGuide is a web application that allows you to create and manage databases stored as Excel files in your Microsoft OneDrive account. The service requires a valid Microsoft account with OneDrive access.

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you create using DataGuide. Your data is stored in your personal OneDrive account and is subject to Microsoft's terms of service.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data and for any data you choose to share with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious content
