DataGuide is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our service.

Data We Access

When you sign in with your Microsoft account, we access:

• Basic profile information: Your name and email address for account identification
• OneDrive files: Only files in the "DataGuide" folder that you create through our app

Data We Store

We store minimal information on our servers:

• Session data: Temporary authentication tokens to keep you logged in
• Usage logs: Basic analytics about feature usage (anonymized)

Your databases and their contents are stored entirely in your OneDrive account. We do not store, copy, or have access to your data outside of your active session.

Data We Do NOT Access

• Other files in your OneDrive (only the DataGuide folder)
• Your email or calendar
• Your contacts
• Any other Microsoft 365 data

Third-Party Services

DataGuide uses Microsoft's authentication and OneDrive APIs. Your data interactions with Microsoft are governed by Microsoft's privacy policy.

Data Deletion

You can delete your databases at any time through the app or directly in OneDrive. To remove all DataGuide access, you can revoke the app's permissions in your Microsoft account settings.
